Apologies to any of you who tried to access the site last night and found it was down.
It’s been sitting prettily for a couple of weeks without any troubles and as soon as the invites go out it crashes. Typical.
Fingers crossed, our hosts promise it’s all sorted now.

You may just be reading this now because our invite plopped through your letterbox.
It was great fun taking all those to the Post Office and explaining to the lady they were all the same, but were for various countries on various continents. She was ever so helpful and sipped on her coffee as she watched me licking all the stamps.
Thanks to Gill, my (Jon’s) mum who made all the cards herself by hand (it’s our design though, so don’t blame her if you think it’s horrible).

The restaurant in Wapping is now confirmed for the evening of the wedding.
Wapping Food is a fantastic place, we ate there for Kel’s birthday late last year and were really impressed with it. It is an old water pump house, with all the original machinery still exactly where it was years ago. The tables are placed amongst all of the huge chunks of metal. It’s very effective.
The site is also a gallery, which you can go and take a look at in between courses.
The staff there are very enthusiastic, (which is quite rare these days), and have told us we can have one big table, stretching the length of the huge building, which should be quite dramatic.
