Tonight we all went out to Dovecliff Hall for our dinner to celebrate all the various events that have gone on over the last few months or are about to happen any time now.

It was a lovely meal. Highlights included mum and dad trying to shove nans face into a huge pot plant and dad denying himself coffee because no-one else was having it, but he’d have tea.

All in all however, it was a lovely evening, and as the video shows, dad and I spent all our time chatting and socialising and not playing with our toys at all.

Kel and I arrived at Mum and Dad (Wrights) this evening to spend the weekend with them to celebrate their anniversary (from July), Kels 30th and Sue’s 45th.

After an amazingly quick train ride down of only 1 1/4 hours mum and dad picked us up from the station and we were back in leafy Kings Bromley in a few minutes.

Now we’ve all had a glass of wine and dad is drifting off into the land of nod.
